| Shawn grew up in Cincinnati and attended The School for Creative and Performing Arts and The College Conservatory of Music. He then spent five years working in Chicago’s renowned storefront theatres. Classical works inspired him, and he had the honor of performing in Titus Andronicus, Taming of the Shrew and All’s Well that Ends Well. After relocating to Los Angeles, Shawn made his local debut with Virtual Theatre Project (VTP) in John Ahlin’s, Gray Area. He also traveled to New York for a producer’s reading of the play, which helped lead to its Off-Broadway staging in 2008. As a VTP member, he produced the world premieres of A Yankee Trader and Confessions of a Catholic Child. |
